January Overview
This month we were back at AE after a lovely Christmas break, heading into the new year. Even though January has felt incredibly slow, we’re excited for what’s ahead! We focused on getting everything ready for our next competition — submitting entries and finishing dances — while also improving our systems to move towards being paper-free and making things more efficient for everyone.

This month, the AE team took part in staff training with the Our Space team, focusing on supporting SEND and additional needs across dance sessions. The training was extremely beneficial and allowed staff to receive advice tailored to their specific questions.
