We are currently working hard to streamline everything at AE by going digital and keeping all important information in one organised place. To help us respond faster and keep communication clear, we’re moving toward using a single email for all enquiries. While we make this transition, we really appreciate your patience and understanding—thank you for bearing with us as we work to make things smoother for everyone!

It’s essential that we have a completed student form for every dancer at AE Academy. This ensures we have accurate emergency contacts, medical information, and photo/video permissions on file—keeping our students safe and supported at all times. We’ve now made this process even easier! The student form is available directly on our website. Simply click the “Registration Form” button, fill it out, and submit.

Even if you’ve completed a form with us in the past, we kindly ask that you fill out the new online version. It includes additional sections we now require, and older forms may contain information that is out of date. Submitting the online form sends us your details instantly and stores everything in a secure, easily accessible space should we ever need it.
