This post outlines the email portion of our photo purchasing process. We have created a dedicated AE Academy Photography email address specifically for handling all photo-related requests.

To ensure your request is processed correctly, please use the subject line “AE PHOTOS”. In the body of the email, include the number(s) corresponding to the photo(s) you wish to purchase.

Once payment has been confirmed, we will work as efficiently as possible to deliver your selected images. We aim to designate one day each week to review incoming emails and payments to ensure every request is handled promptly and accurately.
